There are loads of reasonable cosmetic companies out there, you should pop into your local drugstore/pharmacies and have a little browse. What I would say is remember, just because a cosmetic company has a good eye shadow, doesn’t mean they will have a good foundation, so you should have a little sample and take your time to find what is suitable for you!
